You are here: Home > Support > Request Support
Our engineers first try to verify the issue you are reporting, so the more instructions you can provide that allow us to reproduce your problem quickly will help us respond faster.
If we need clarification or more information to assist you, we will contact you and ask that you provide further details.
If you do not receive any reply from us, the most likely cause is that your email address isn't working or your ISP, your email software, your spam blocking service or your spam blocking software) is preventing you from receiving our reply. IF NECESSARY, PLEASE RE-SUBMIT YOUR REQUEST USING AN ALTERNATE E-MAIL CONTACT.
Why do we use this form?
Some clients sending us support requests using hotmail, yahoo, or other email services were having their message blocked because of spam. (Many of the free or large ISP's are not pro-active in stopping the use of their systems by spammers.) Our services do not always require our clients to have email service with us so we need a method for everyone to contact us reliably.
This direct-to-us contact form insures that your request will be received allowing us to streamline getting the information from you to our technical support engineers.
Why do we ask for your login name and password?
Many support problems are related to logins, passwords, or account access. By providing your login information we can compare what you are using with how your account is configured and reset your account, if required. This eliminates the delay of our engineers asking you to confirm the username or password you are using so we can try to duplicate any problems you are having. This page is secured using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) security so your account information is encrypted and protected in transit.
